How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a link to track it all the way to your doorstep. Easy as
that.
What’s your return policy?
If your New Mungo product doesn’t make you smile, you’ve got 30 days to return it, as long as it’s in original, unwashed condition. Reach out to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Caught a case of cart regret? Contact us at hello@newmungo.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
How should I care for my new mat?
Our bath mats love a machine wash cold and a hang dry. For coffee mats, a quick trip to the
dishwasher (top-rack only!) or a soapy rinse will do the trick.
